Overview
Hotels are valued through the business they support. This practical masterclass examines how trading performance, operating arrangements and market evidence shape the value of a hotel property, with examples relevant to Cyprus’s hospitality sector.
Participants will work from hotel performance indicators and financial accounts to sustainable income, direct capitalisation and discounted cash flow (DCF). Worked examples, practical exercises and case discussions connect valuation methods with the judgements required in professional practice.
