Overview
We live in a time when artificial intelligence tools can provide substantial support for research, information gathering and written communication. Effective spoken communication, however, remains a skill that requires personal development and practice, particularly in professions such as real estate agency and property valuation, where direct communication, presenting information and interacting with clients are central to everyday work.
This programme focuses on developing spoken communication in Greek: making more effective use of the language knowledge participants already have, gradually expanding their means of expression, and, above all, turning thoughts and knowledge into clear, organised and effective spoken language in real time.
Through practical exercises, speaking techniques and scenarios adapted to the real estate sector, participants will practise organising and developing their ideas, describing and presenting a property, formulating questions and responses, paraphrasing and rephrasing, managing moments when the right word or expression is difficult to find, and adapting their language to the listener and communication context. The aim is to develop greater fluency, clarity and confidence in professional spoken communication.
